Good Taste! Tours Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and payment. Full
payment is due at the time of booking. Reservations received after the cut off date will be accepted on a space
available basis. All participants of tours must be at least 21 years of age.
PAYMENT: Reservations will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations prior to 3 weeks from tour will be fully refunded. There will be no refunds for
any reservation cancelled within 3 weeks of the scheduled tour. Substitutions are allowed with prior notice to
Good Taste! Tours. Should a participant cancel within 3 weeks of a tour, GTT shall undertake reasonable
efforts to resell the cancelled reservation and will credit the participant should this occur. There are no refunds
for no shows. Full refunds will be made if Good Taste Tours cancels tour.
REFUNDS: There will be no refunds for any unused portion of the tour.
FOR OVERNIGHT STAYS
TOUR PRICES: Tour prices are per person and based upon double occupancy. If not noted, single and triple
accommodations are available with a price adjustment.
TRANSFERS AND TRANSPORTATION: Where transfers or transportation are included, there is one scheduled
group transportation provided for arrival and departure at designated time and places. It is the responsibility
of the tour participant to be at the designated point at the designated time. It is not the responsibility of Good
Taste Tours to make or pay for transportation arrangements should any participant not be at the pre
designated transportation point at any given time on a tour.
Unopened, purchased bottles of alcohol are allowed in vehicles. Opened containers of alcohol are not allowed
in any Good Taste! Tour vehicle at any time. All participants must monitor their alcohol intake and maintain
sobriety.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In partial consideration for accepting and processing this tour application and
permitting registrant(s) to attend the subject tour, registrant hereby agrees to release and hold Good Taste!
Tours (GTT) harmless for any personal injury, loss or harm occurring during, and while traveling to or from, the
subject tour, caused by third parties, or by other forces or instrumentalities, not acting under GTT's special
direction or control. GTT in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to limit or cancel any tour for safety, or
for insufficient number of participants or other reasons, and no such limitation or cancellation shall be in any
way considered a breach of any contract to hold the subject tour. GTT also further reserves the right to change
itineraries and/or substitute services or hotels of equal quality without prior notification.

SUBSTITUTION OF SERVICES: Every attempt will be made to provide the advertised itinerary. However,
Good Taste! Tours or its culinary partners reserves the right to change itineraries or services including but not
limited to restaurants, cooking class venues, menus and/or schedules without prior notification.
